Ballet Classes For Children

Many dance studio offers ballet classes for children from 18 months to 15 years old. We’re far from traditional in our approach to curriculum. Classes combine elements of singing, dancing and storytelling. Students work with puppets, bubbles and props to develop motor skills, improve communication and enhance coordination.

All that aside, our dance program for kids is just plain fun. Rather than introducing your kids to a competitive environment, we created a place where young ones can learn and grow together as individuals and as part of a larger community. Our teachers are encouraging and supportive, and they’re never critical.

Many parents turn to us for our toddler curriculum. Our “Tots and Tutus” class is designed for children 18 month to two years old. During this early development stage, we teach a few basic ballet steps and incorporate visually stimulating puppets and bubbles into the lesson plans. Kids between the ages of three and a half and five years sign up for our “Guys and Dolls” course, which encourages kids to learn basic routines and interact with one another in a fun setting.

Also provided ballet study for kids between the ages of two and 15 years. Our staff has extensive experience working with young students and performing in musical theater at the national and international level. Our founder Judy Carmen has appeared in children’s programs on PBS, including Sesame Street and her own program called The Cory and the Clown Show. Да уж! Конечно, забавно видеть то, как в считанные часы совершенно практически без повода из пальца высасывается подобный “новостной сюжет” и начинает широко гулять по блогам. :)
